How did they do it without SurlyGrants?

Oh my days!
Is the patriarchy losing in London?
This doesn’t fit in with the “feminist” narrative.
Maybe they just kick ass at science, and they just happen to be female.
Could it be that London Skeptic events aren’t hostile environments for women?
FUN FACT: I live in London (Not Florida!)

Sorry if this is redundant (I only started following this blog recently) but is the author aware of http://www.avoiceformen.com ?
Much information about feminism and feminist narrative I think you would find interesting.
I don’t really care about Men’s Issues. (Well I do, I suppose, but there are so many other things to care about first).
What I do care about is: ideologues hijacking skeptical and science events, and causing very real harm to good people.
They really have got their tentacles in deep. By viciously smearing people, they have motivated me to help expose them. I, for one, am not going to sit idly by, as they smear leading scientists. [For example, calling Richard Dawkins a white supremacist(!) and an evolutionary psychologist as a rapist.]
I guess I wasn’t very clear, I did not think you were interested in men’s issues per se.
However it seems to me that many of the figures you are butting heads with are feminist activists or the people who support them. The way they are behaving is entirely consistent with the way feminists have behaved since the 1970s. As you seem to be trying to understand the motivations/techniques of this group, I thought you might find information at the above link informative.
For example, in this post you ask if the patriarchy is losing in London and note that this would not fit with the feminist narrative. So I guess you are unaware and would be interested to learn that the patriarchy itself is a myth concocted by the feminist movement?
Of course, chances are you are now thinking I am some kind of misogynist nut for even suggesting such a thing (as that is how most people nowadays react to such a statement). Exactly the sort of character you very much want to distance yourself from since you would have been accused of being such yourself and would be at pains to demonstrate you are not.
Tentacles in deep, indeed.
This is the kind of “feminism” we’re dealing with :
